At weekends, I love to go skiing.
In spring, the weather is warmer.

Utilizamos las preposiciones in, on o at para decir cuándo ocurre algo.
at
Solemos utilizar at con las horas del reloj y las comidas.
I get up at 6.30 a.m. and go for a run.
She doesn’t like to leave the office at lunchtime.
También utilizamos at con algunas frases específicas como at the weekend y at night.
At the weekend, I can spend the days how I like.
También podemos decir on weekends o on the weekend. Esto es más común en el inglés americano.
